IRCA produces a very wide range of items designed for PASTRY, BAKERY and ICE-CREAM production. PAVONI specializes in molds for the pastry and bakery industry and CASSIBBA for the production of semi-finished pastry products, mainly tartlets and biscuits. Our lovely clients are hotels, restaurants, catering companies, bakeries, Mom and Dads at home, anyone that can bake is our customer.
